By unanimous consent, it was ordered, — That, in relation to its study of the situation in Eastern Europe and Central Asia 25 years after the end of the Cold War, seven members of the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Development be authorized to travel to Kiev, Ukraine, Astana, Kazakhstan, Riga, Latvia, and Warsaw, Poland, in the Winter and Spring of 2017, and that the necessary staff do accompany the Committee.
