Pursuant to Standing Order 92, we, the undersigned, hereby appeal the recommendation set forth in the 46th Report of the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs designating as non-votable Bill C-352, An Act to amend the Canada Shipping Act, 2001 and to provide for the development of a national strategy (abandonment of vessels), and call upon the Speaker to cause a secret vote to be held in this regard. |
