Appeal of Designation of an item of Private Members' Business

Appel d'une désignation d'une affaire émanant des députés

Pursuant to Standing Order 92, we, the undersigned, hereby appeal the recommendation set forth in the 46th Report of the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs designating as non-votable Bill C-352 , An Act to amend the Canada Shipping Act, 2001 and to provide for the development of a national strategy (abandonment of vessels), and call upon the Speaker to cause a secret vote to be held in this regard.	Conformément à l’article 92 du Règlement, nous, sous-signés, en appelons de la recommandation présente dans le 46^e rapport du Comité permanent de la procédure et des affaires de la Chambre qui désigne le projet de loi C-352 , Loi modifiant la Loi de 2001 sur la marine marchande du Canada et prévoyant l’élaboration d’une stratégie nationale (abandon de bâtiments), comme une affaire ne faisant pas l’objet d’un vote et demandons au Président d’ordonner la tenue d’un vote secret à cet égard.
