Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, October 29, 2020, the committee resumed its study of the granting of arms export permits, with a particular focus on permits granted for exports to Turkey.

Jean-Christophe Boucher, Pierre Jolicoeur, and Jacques Maire made statements and answered questions.

At 4:40 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:45 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Dominique Babin and James Fergusson made statements and answered questions.

At 5:25 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:30 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a draft report.

Committee Business

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That sections containing personal information about an individual who did not appear as a witness be struck from the public record of the committee's meeting of May 6, 2021, including the evidence and the video recording.
