Motion No. 2 — June 10, 2021 — Ms. Freeland (Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance), seconded by Mr. Lametti (Minister of Justice), — That Bill C-30 be amended by restoring Clause 158 as follows:	Motion n^o 2 — 10 juin 2021 — M^me Freeland (vice-première ministre et ministre des Finances), appuyée par M. Lametti (ministre de la Justice), — Que le projet de loi C-30 soit modifié par rétablissement de l’article 158, dont le texte suit :
158 Subsection 14(1) of the Canadian Securities Regulation Regime Transition Office Act is replaced by the following:	158 Le paragraphe 14(1) de la Loi sur le Bureau de transition vers un régime canadien de réglementation des valeurs mobilières est remplacé par ce qui suit :
14 (1) The Minister may make direct payments, in an aggregate amount not exceeding $119,500,000, or any greater amount that may be specified in an appropriation Act, to the Transition Office for its use.	14 (1) Le ministre peut faire des paiements directs, jusqu’à concurrence de 119 500 000 $, ou de toute somme supérieure qui peut être précisée dans une loi de crédits, au Bureau de transition, à son usage.
