| Pursuant to the Order of Reference dated Tuesday, April 25, 2006, the Committee has considered matters relating to the Statutory review of Section 5.1 of the Canada Travelling Exhibitions Indemnification Act and reports the following: | Conformément à l'ordre de renvoi daté du mardi 25 avril 2006, le comité a étudié des questions relatives à l'examen de la la section 5.1 de la Loi sur l'indemnisation au Canada en matière d'expositions itinérantes et fait rapport de ce qui suit: |

| - That it maintain as is the existing list of exclusions from the Canada Travelling Exhibitions Indemnification Program. | - De maintenir telle quelle la liste des exclusions du Programme d’indemnisation pour les expositions itinérantes du Canada. |
| 2. ANNUAL LIABILITY LIMIT | 2. PLAFOND ANNUEL DE LA RESPONSABILITÉ |
| - That it maintain the annual liability limit for indemnifiable exhibitions at $1.5 billion. | - De maintenir à 1,5 milliard de dollars le plafond annuel de la responsabilité pour les expositions indemnisables. |
