| That, because the Committee is not convinced of the benefit of lease-backs for the taxpayer, the government place a moratorium on the sale of the proposed buildings so that the Department of Public Works and Government Services can provide the Committee with the relevant studies and information on the impact of these lease-backs. | Que, le Comité n’ayant pas été convaincu du bénéfice des cessions-bails pour les contribuables, le gouvernement mette en place un moratoire sur la vente des immeubles proposés de façon à ce que le ministère des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux ait l’opportunité de fournir au Comité les études et l’information pertinentes concernant l’impact de ces cessions-bails. |
