| In accordance with its Order of Reference of Wednesday, May 6, 2009, your Committee has considered Bill C-26, An Act to amend the Criminal Code (auto theft and trafficking in property obtained by crime), and agreed on Wednesday, June 10, 2009, to report it with the following amendment: | Conformément à son Ordre de renvoi du mercredi 6 mai 2009, votre Comité a étudié le projet de loi C-26, Loi modifiant le Code criminel (vol d'automobile et trafic de biens criminellement obtenus), et a convenu le mercredi 10 juin 2009, d’en faire rapport avec l'amendement suivant : |

| That Bill C-26, in Clause 2, be amended (a) by replacing line 8 on page 2 with the following: | Que le projet de loi C-26, à l'article 2, soit modifié a) par substitution, de la ligne 8, page 2, de ce qui suit : |
“case of a third or subsequent offence under this subsection; or” | « infraction prévue au présent paragraphe ou de toute autre récidive subsé- » |
| (b) by replacing lines 15 and 16 on page 2 with the following: | b) par substitution, aux lignes 14 à 17, page 2, de ce qui suit : |
