| In accordance with its Order of Reference of Wednesday, February 15, 2012, your Committee has considered Bill C-304, An Act to amend the Canadian Human Rights Act (protecting freedom), and agreed on Thursday, April 26, 2012, to report it with the following amendments: | Conformément à son Ordre de renvoi du mercredi 15 février 2012, votre Comité a étudié le projet de loi C-304, Loi modifiant la Loi canadienne sur les droits de la personne (protection des libertés), et a convenu le jeudi 26 avril 2012, d’en faire rapport avec les amendements suivants : |

| That Bill C-304, in Clause 5, be amended by replacing line 4 on page 2 with the following: | Que le projet de loi C-304, à l'article 5, soit modifié par substitution, à la ligne 1, page 2, de ce qui suit : |
5. Section 54 of the Act is replaced by the following: 54. No order that is made under subsection 53(2) may contain a term (a) requiring the removal of an individual from a position if that individual accepted employment in that position in good faith; or (b) requiring the expulsion of an occupant from any premises or accommodation, if that occupant obtained those premises or accommodation in good faith. | 5. L’article 54 de la même loi est remplacé par ce qui suit : 54. L’ordonnance prévue au paragraphe 53(2) ne peut exiger : a) le retrait d’un employé d’un poste qu’il a accepté de bonne foi; b) l’expulsion de l’occupant de bonne foi de locaux, moyens d’hébergement ou logements. |
