Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, the committee commenced its study of derelict and abandoned vessels.

Kathy Nghiem made a statement and, with Robert Brooks, Stephanie Hopper, Colin Henein, Annie Verville, Sean Rogers and Joanne Weiss-Reid, answered questions.

At 6:30 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
