And of the amendment of Mr. Bellehumeur (Berthier--Montcalm) , seconded by Ms. Gagnon (Québec) , — That the motion be amended by deleting all the words after the word “That” and substituting the following:
- “the amendment made by the Senate to Bill C-7, An Act in respect of criminal justice for young persons and to amend and repeal other Acts, be not now read a second time and concurred in, since it does not in any way take into consideration the distinct character of Quebec and the Quebec model for implementation of the Young Offenders Act.”.
