Pursuant to Order made earlier today, the Bill was deemed read the second time and referred to a Committee of the Whole, deemed reported without amendment, deemed concurred in at report stage and deemed read the third time and passed.


The Order was read for the third reading of Bill C-53, An Act to protect human health and safety and the environment by regulating products used for the control of pests.
