Introduction of Government Bills
Pursuant to Standing Orders 68(2) and 69(1), on motion of Mr. Goodale (Minister of Natural Resources), seconded by Mr. Collenette (Minister of Transport), Bill C-27, An Act respecting the long-term management of nuclear fuel waste, was introduced, read the first time, ordered to be printed and ordered for a second reading at the next sitting of the House.
Introduction of Private Members' Bills
Pursuant to Standing Orders 68(2) and 69(1), on motion of Mr. Thompson (New Brunswick Southwest), seconded by Mr. Borotsik (Brandon -- Souris), Bill C-338, An Act to amend the Food and Drugs Act (process for approval of new drugs), was introduced, read the first time, ordered to be printed and ordered for a second reading at the next sitting of the House.
First Reading of Senate Public Bills
Pursuant to Standing Order 69(2), on motion of Mr. Collenette (Minister of Transport), seconded by Mr. Goodale (Minister of Natural Resources), Bill S-5, An Act to amend the Blue Water Bridge Authority Act, was read the first time and ordered for a second reading at the next sitting of the House.

GOVERNMENT ORDERS
The Order was read for the consideration at report stage of Bill C-3, An Act to amend the Eldorado Nuclear Limited Reorganization and Divestiture Act and the Petro- Canada Public Participation Act, as reported by the Standing Committee on Aboriginal Affairs, Northern Development and Natural Resources without amendment.
Mr. Dion (Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs) for Mr. Goodale (Minister of Natural Resources), seconded by Mr. Pagtakhan (Secretary of State (Asia-Pacific)), moved, -- That the Bill be concurred in at report stage.
The question was put on the motion and it was agreed to.
Accordingly, the Bill was concurred in at report stage.
Pursuant to Standing Order 76.1(11), Mr. Dion (Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs) for Mr. Goodale (Minister of Natural Resources), seconded by Mr. Pagtakhan (Secretary of State (Asia-Pacific)), moved, -- That the Bill be now read a third time and do pass.
