The Speaker informed the House that, pursuant to the Act to amend the Parliament of Canada Act, S.C. 1997, c. 32, Mr. Moore (Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Public Works and Government Services and Minister for the Pacific Gateway and the Vancouver-Whistler Olympics) had been appointed a member of the Board of Internal Economy to replace Mr. Hill (Secretary of State) as a representative of the government caucus, and Mr. Hill (Secretary of State) to replace Mrs. Skelton (Minister of National Revenue) as a representative of the Queen's Privy Council. |

(c) the government must create and publish a credible plan to reduce Canada's greenhouse gas emissions to meet Canada's Kyoto commitments;

(d) the government must establish a 'cap and trade' emission reductions system and regulations for industry; and
|
|
(e) the Canadian Environmental Protection Act is available immediately to launch the necessary action.
