Pursuant to Standing Order 76.1(5), the Speaker selected for debate Motion No. 2.

Mr. Comartin (Windsor—Tecumseh), seconded by Mr. Julian (Burnaby—New Westminster), moved Motion No. 2, — That Bill C-2 be amended by deleting Clause 42.
