Messages from the Senate

Pursuant to Standing Order 32(1.1), a message received from the Senate was deposited with the Clerk of the House on Monday, June 21, 2010, as follows:

— ORDERED: That a message be sent to the House of Commons to acquaint that House that the Senate has passed Bill C-2, An Act to implement the Free Trade Agreement between Canada and the Republic of Colombia, the Agreement on the Environment between Canada and the Republic of Colombia and the Agreement on Labour Cooperation between Canada and the Republic of Colombia, without amendment.

Pursuant to Standing Order 32(1.1), messages received from the Senate were deposited with the Clerk of the House on Monday, June 28, 2010, as follows:

— ORDERED: That a message be sent to the House of Commons to acquaint that House that the Senate has passed Bill C-23A, An Act to amend the Criminal Records Act, without amendment.

Royal Assent

A message was received informing the Commons that on June 29, 2010, at 4:34 p.m., the Honourable Marshall Rothstein, Puisne Judge of the Supreme Court of Canada, in his capacity as Deputy of the Governor General, signified Royal Assent by written declaration to the following Bills:
