Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Wednesday, March 8, 2017, the Committee resumed consideration of Bill C-211, An Act respecting a federal framework on post-traumatic stress disorder.

Jitender Sareen, by videoconference from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Anne-Marie Ugnat and Natalie Harris made statements and answered questions.

At 1:27 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 1:30 p.m., the sitting resumed.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That, in relation to the study of the federal framework on Lyme disease, members of the Committee submit to the Clerk of the Committee, by Friday, May 19, 2017, their lists of witnesses.

It was agreed, — That the articles submitted by Arnold Viersen, M.P., and listed in the bibliography that was sent to the Committee in relation to the study of the public health effects of online violent and degrading sexually explicit material on children, women and men (M-47), not be translated in French.

At 1:33 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
