It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $12,300, for the study of the issues related to the enumeration of rights-holders under section 23 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, be adopted.
Geoffrey Chambers and Marcus Tabachnick made statements and, with Sylvia Martin-Laforge, answered questions.
