Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(g) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, May 10, 2016, the Committee commenced consideration of the Public Accounts of Canada 2015, referred to the Committee on Monday, December 7, 2015.

Michael Ferguson and Bill Matthews made statements and, with Nicholas Leswick, Karen Hogan and Diane Peressini, answered questions.

At 9:00 a.m., Kevin Sorenson took the Chair.

At 10:33 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 10:36 a.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

Motion

It was agreed, — That, in relation to the annual conference of the Canadian Council of Public Accounts Committees, a revised budget in the amount of $29,339.60, for the Committee’s travel to Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, in August 2016, be adopted.

Motion

It was agreed, — That a draft report be prepared in relation to the study of the Public Accounts of Canada 2015.

At 10:39 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
