Pursuant to Standing Orders 68(2) and 69(1), on motion of Mr. Van Loan (Leader of the Government in the House of Commons) for Mr. Fast (Minister of International Trade), seconded by Mr. Duncan (Minister of State), Bill C-20, An Act to implement the Free Trade Agreement between Canada and the Republic of Honduras, the Agreement on Environmental Cooperation between Canada and the Republic of Honduras and the Agreement on Labour Cooperation between Canada and the Republic of Honduras, was introduced, read the first time, ordered to be printed and ordered for a second reading at the next sitting of the House.

Recommendation

(Pursuant to Standing Order 79(2))

His Excellency the Governor General recommends to the House of Commons the appropriation of public revenue under the circumstances, in the manner and for the purposes set out in a measure entitled “An Act to implement the Free Trade Agreement between Canada and the Republic of Honduras, the Agreement on Environmental Cooperation between Canada and the Republic of Honduras and the Agreement on Labour Cooperation between Canada and the Republic of Honduras”.

Conformément aux articles 68(2) et 69(1) du Règlement, sur motion de M. Van Loan (leader du gouvernement à la Chambre des communes), au nom de M. Fast (ministre du Commerce international), appuyé par M.
