ending in the year 2003, a report assessing the adequacy of
the cash portion of the total entitlement referred to in
subsection (3) to sustain the principles of the Canada
Health Act, and where the House of Commons is not sitting in
September of that year, the Minister shall table the report
in the month in which the House next sits."
