Pursuant to Standing Orders 68(2) and 69(1), on motion of Mr. Szabo (Mississauga South), seconded by Mr. Finlay (Oxford), Bill C-246, An Act respecting the provision of compensation to public safety officers who lost their lives while on duty, was introduced, read the first time, ordered to be printed and ordered for a second reading at the next sitting of the House.
Pursuant to Standing Orders 68(2) and 69(1), on motion of Ms. Guarnieri (Mississauga East), seconded by Mr. McTeague (Pickering -- Ajax -- Uxbridge), Bill C-247, An Act to amend the Criminal Code and the Corrections and Conditional Release Act (cumulative sentences), was introduced, read the first time and ordered to be printed.

GOVERNMENT ORDERS
