Pursuant to subsection 12(2) of the Conflict of Interest Code for Members of the House of Commons, the Member for West Nova sent to the Clerk a disclosure of a private interest and, pursuant to subsection 12(3) of the Code, the Clerk referred the disclosure to the Conflict of Interest and Ethics Commissioner. |
