Conflict of Interest Code for Members of the House of Commons

Pursuant to subsection 12(2) of the Conflict of Interest Code for Members of the House of Commons, the Member for West Nova sent to the Clerk a disclosure of a private interest and, pursuant to subsection 12(3) of the Code, the Clerk referred the disclosure to the Conflict of Interest and Ethics Commissioner.

Adjournment Proceedings
