Motion No. 1 — April 16, 2009 — The Minister of Health — That Bill C-11, in Clause 66.1, be amended by	Motion n^o 1 — 16 avril 2009 — Le ministre de la Santé — Que le projet de loi C-11, à l'article 66.1, soit modifié :
(a) replacing lines 17 to 24 on page 31 with the following:	a) par substitution, aux lignes 21 à 27, page 31, de ce qui suit :
“regulation before each House of Parliament.	« de règlement visé à l’article 66 devant chaque chambre du Parlement.
(2) A proposed regulation that is laid before Parliament shall be referred to the appropriate committee of each House, as determined by the rules of that House, and the committee may review the proposed regulation and report its findings to that House.	(2) Le comité compétent, d'après le règlement de chacune des chambres du Parlement, est saisi du projet de règlement et peut procéder à l'étude de celui-ci et faire part de ses conclusions à la chambre.
