Pursuant to the order of reference of Monday, May 16, 2022, the committee resumed its study of the Canada–People’s Republic of China relations.

It was agreed, — That, in relation to the access to information request received by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and communicated to the House of Commons on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, and the committee on Monday, October 21, 2024, the committee instruct the clerk to authorize disclosure of said documents and provide the official transcript (Evidence) for the public committee Meeting No. 12, held on Monday, February 6, 2023, with the understanding that they remain protected by parliamentary privilege.

The committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

At 8:12 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 8:23 p.m., the meeting resumed.

At 8:55 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
