Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(f) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Monday, January 31, 2022, the committee resumed its study of government measures to protect and promote French in Quebec and in Canada.

Lynn Brouillette and Roger J. F. Lepage made statements and, with Martin Normand, answered questions.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $2,850, for the study of government measures to protect and promote French in Quebec and in Canada, be adopted.

At 5:15 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
