Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h)(vii) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, March 22, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of breach of personal information involving Cambridge Analytica and Facebook.

Zackary Massingham, duly summoned to appear, was absent.

It was agreed, — That the witness be sworn-in.

Jeff Silvester, duly sworn-in, made a statement and answered questions.

At 11:24 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 11:28 a.m., the sitting resumed.

At 11:44 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
