The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That, notwithstanding the Committee routine motion on staff and members attending in camera proceedings, adopted on Thursday, February 4, 2016, students and interns be permitted to attend the in camera portion of the meeting.

ORDERED, — That the Chair send a letter to the Library of Parliament to obtain the information contained in the notes taken by the analyst during the Committee's trip to Washington, D.C., in October 2017.

ORDERED, — That the Chair send a letter to his counterparts in the United Kingdom and the United States concerning the study of the situation involving Cambridge Analytica and Facebook.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h)(vii) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Wednesday, November 22, 2017, the Committee resumed its study on net neutrality.

The Committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

At 9:52 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
