Access to Information Act

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h)(vi) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, February 23, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of the Access to Information Act.

Suzanne Legault made a statement and answered questions.

At 10:16 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 10:20 a.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Committee Business

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That the evidence and documentation related to the Access to Information Act received by the Committee in previous sessions be taken into consideration by the Committee in relation to the current study of the Access to Information Act.

At 10:40 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
