Election of Chair
Pursuant to Standing Order 106(2), and the motion adopted by the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and International Development on Monday, December 13, 2021, the clerk of the subcommittee presided over the election of a chair.

On motion of Garnett Genuis, it was agreed, — That Fayçal El-Khoury be elected as Chair of the subcommittee.

Election of Vice-Chairs
Pursuant to Standing Order 106(2), the clerk of the subcommittee presided over the election of vice-chairs.

On motion of Pam Damoff, it was agreed, — That Garnett Genuis be elected as First Vice-Chair of the subcommittee.

At 11:08 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 11:13 a.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Committee Business
The subcommittee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to subcommittee business.

At 12:00 p.m., the subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
