Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the subcommittee on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, the subcommittee resumed its study of patterns of forced migration in different regions of the world.

Napas Thein and Alice Baillat made statements and answered questions.

At 4:59 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 5:01 p.m., the meeting resumed.

Bob Rae made a statement and, with Matthieu Kimmell, answered questions.

At 5:35 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 5:40 p.m., the meeting resumed in camera.

The subcommittee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to subcommittee business.

It was agreed, — That the press release on the current status on deported Ukrainian children, as amended, be adopted.

At 5:43 p.m., the subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
