Philippe Morel made a statement and, with John Campbell, Wayne Moore, and Andrew Thomson, by videoconference from Vancouver, British Columbia, answered questions.
Michelle Illing made a statement and Penny Greenwood answered questions.
Churence Rogers moved, — That the Committee study Atlantic Canada's Aquaculture industry with a focus on industrial best practices from Canada and around the world looking at countries including, but not limited to, Norway, Chile, USA, and Scottland and that the Chair shall be empowered to coordinate the necessary witnesses and schedule.

Fin Donnelly moved, — That the motion be amended by adding the word “immediately” before the word “study”.
