It was agreed, — That, on Tuesday, October 31, 2017, the Committee have a briefing on the Spring 2017 Reports of the Auditor General of Canada on Freshwater Fish Marketing Corporation.
It was agreed, — That, in relation to the study of Bill C-55, An Act to amend the Oceans Act and the Canada Petroleum Resources Act, members submit a preliminary list of witnesses to the Clerk of the Committee no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 27, 2017; members submit their final list of witnesses to the Clerk of the Committee no later than Tuesday, October 31, 2017.
It was agreed, — That, on Tuesday, October 31, 2017, the Committee decide on the number of meetings to hold and the number of witnesses to hear; and that the Committee meet outside the regular schedule, if necessary.
It was agreed, — That, in relation to the study of the Oceans Act's Marine Protected Areas, representatives from the Department of Fisheries and Oceans for the Newfoundland and Labrador region, for the indigenous commercial fisheries and for the issuing of licences, for the Ecosystems and Oceans Branch and for Ecosystems and fisheries Management Branch, be invited.
