John Nater moved, — That the Committee request that the Prime Minister issue a written response to the Committee within 30 calendar days explaining and justifying his use of the majority language in a minority language context.
RULING BY THE CHAIR
The Chair ruled the proposed motion inadmissible as it must not go beyond the Committee's mandate as provided on page 1054 of House of Commons Procedure and Practice, Second Edition.
