Minutes of Proceedings
It was agreed, — That, in relation to the access to information request received by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada and communicated to the committee on Thursday, May 9, 2024, to which documents related to the committee’s proceedings are not responsive, the committee instruct the clerk to authorize disclosure of said documents, provided that they may be redacted so as not to be prejudicial to the House, its committees or anyone who participated in the proceedings in question, with the understanding that they remain protected by parliamentary privilege.
