It was agreed, — That the Fourth Report from the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure, which read as follows, be concurred in:
Your subcommittee met on Thursday, September 28, 2023, to consider the business of the committee and agreed to make the following recommendations:
- That the clerk of the committee make the necessary arrangements for an informal meeting on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, with a delegation from the House of Commons of the United Kingdom.
- That, subject to the availability of witnesses and past and future decisions by the committee, and provided that a proposed working calendar be distributed to the committee, the Chair be guided by said proposed working calendar when scheduling the upcoming business of the committee.
The committee resumed consideration of a draft report.
At 4:45 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 4:49 p.m., the sitting resumed.
At 5:45 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
