Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Wednesday, June 6, 2018, the Committee resumed its study on the situation of endangered whales (M-154).

Adam Burns and Julie Gelfand made statements and, with Philippe Morel, answered questions.

At 5:01 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:04 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a report.

It was agreed, — That, in relation to its study of the situation of endangered whales (M-154), the deadline for the submission of recommendations to the clerk be Monday, November 5, 2018, at 5:00 p.m.

At 5:22 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
