It was agreed, — That each party submit their prioritized witness lists, including contact information, for the study of temporary use in Canada, by Canadians, of American-plated vehicles to the Clerk of the Committee before end of day Monday, April 15, 2019.

It was agreed, — That given the Committee’s new agenda, the witnesses scheduled for Tuesday, April 30, 2019, on the study of bus passenger safety, be cancelled and that the Clerk of the Committee request that they provide written submissions no later than Tuesday, April 30, 2019.

It was agreed, — That drafting instructions for a report on the study of bus passenger safety be scheduled for Thursday, May 2, 2019.

It was agreed, — That the Chair schedule a meeting of the Committee’s Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure to discuss the Committee’s agenda for the upcoming months.
