Michael Fakhri, Dave Carey, Charles Stevens and Mark Hemmes made statements and answered questions.

At 5:20 p.m., John Barlow took the Chair.

At 5:23 p.m., Kody Blois took the Chair.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

At 5:49 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:54 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a draft report.

At 6:15 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
