Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, January 31, 2022, the committee resumed its study of agriculture and agri-food supply chain.

Bill Campbell, Julie Dickson Olmstead and Martin Caron made statements and answered questions.

At 4:09 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:14 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

At 4:31 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:35 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Gary Sands, James Bekkering, Janice Tranberg, and Mark Hemmes made statements and, with Al Mussell, answered questions.

At 5:10 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the committee continue to sit.

At 5:17 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), the sitting was suspended.

At 5:22 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a draft report.

At 5:35 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
