Pursuant to the order of reference of Wednesday, June 19, 2024, the committee resumed consideration of Bill C-65, An Act to amend the Canada Elections Act.

Motion

Michael Cooper moved, — That the committee shall not proceed any further into clause-by-clause consideration of Bill C-65, An Act to amend the Canada Elections Act, until it has dispensed with the motion that was moved and debated on Tuesday, November 26, 2024.

Debate arose thereon.

At 11:23 a.m., the meeting resumed.
