Colin Carrie moved, — That, in relation to the Committee’s study on the Federal Framework on Lyme Disease, every effort be made to have all public proceedings televised.

Debate arose thereon.

After debate, the question was put on the motion and it was agreed to, by a show of hands: YEAS: 9; NAYS: 0.

By unanimous consent, it was agreed, — That, notwithstanding the Committee routine motion on staff and members attending in camera proceedings, adopted on Wednesday, February 3, 2016, an intern from the Ohio State University be permitted to attend the in camera portion of the meeting.

At 11:04 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 11:05 a.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Report on the Public Health Effects of the Ease of Access and Viewing of Online Violent and Degrading Sexually Explicit Material on Children, Women and Men".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, Clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the Committee request that the Government table a comprehensive response to the report.

It was agreed, — That the Committee append to its report dissenting and/or supplementary opinions immediately after the signature of the Chair, provided that they be submitted electronically (in Arial 12 point font, justified alignment and single line spacing) and be submitted electronically, in both official languages, to the Clerk of the Committee, no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 6, 2017.

It was agreed, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of a draft letter.

It was agreed, — That the consideration of the draft letter be postponed to the next meeting.
