The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $33,700.00, for the study of women and girls in sport, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the press release prepared by the clerk of the committee and the analysts regarding the study of women and girls in sport, be posted on the committee's website and distributed.

The committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a draft report.

At 4:22 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:27 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, October 31, 2022, the committee proceeded to a briefing on trauma-informed practices.

Patricia Smith made a statement and answered questions.
