Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, October 23, 2023, the committee resumed its study of growing problem of car thefts in Canada.

Julien Baudry, Felixpier Bergeron and Anita Gill made statements and answered questions.

On motion of Kristina Michaud, it was agreed, — That the Minister of Transport be invited to appear in relation to the study of growing problem of car thefts in Canada.

At 9:18 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 9:26 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Michel Patenaude, Yannick Desmarais and Guillaume Lamy made statements and answered questions.

At 10:24 a.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
