Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, the committee commenced its study of the review of the foiled Terrorist plot in Toronto and of the security screening process for permanent residence and citizenship application.

The Minister, with Shawn Tupper, Vanessa Lloyd, Ted Gallivan and Bryan Larkin, answered questions.

At 11:13 a.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 11:20 a.m., the meeting resumed.

At 12:04 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
