Pursuant to the order of reference of Wednesday, September 28, 2022, the committee commenced consideration of the Annual Report 2021 of the National Security and Intelligence Committee of Parliamentarians.

David J. McGuinty made a statement and, with Frances Lankin, Lisa-Marie Inman and Sean Jorgensen, answered questions.

At 5:33 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
