Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, the committee commenced its study of hate motivated violence targeting the 2SLGBTQI+ community.

The witnesses made statements and answered questions.

It was agreed, — That the committee re-invite today’s witnesses to appear for an additional hour on the study of hate motivated violence targeting the 2SLGBTQI+ community.

At 5:42 p.m., the meeting was suspended.

At 5:50 p.m., the meeting resumed in camera.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motions adopted by the committee on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, and Wednesday, September 25, 2025, the committee resumed its study of breast cancer screening for women aged 40.

The committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a draft report.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $41, 500, for the study of hate motivated violence against the 2SLGBTQI+ community, be adopted.

At 5:56 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
