Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, October 23, 2023, the committee resumed its study of growing problem of car thefts in Canada.

Jennifer O'Connell moved, — That the committee proceed to the resuming of the debate on the amendment of Garnett Genuis to the subcommittee’s report moved on Monday, May 6, 2024.

The question was put on the motion and it was agreed to on the following recorded division:
