Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Friday, February 10, 2023, the committee received a briefing on the Surveillance Balloon from the People's Republic of China.

LGen Alain Pelletier made a statement and, with MGen Paul Prévost, answered questions.

On motion of Bryan May, it was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $ 11,450, for the study of Cybersecurity and Cyberwarfare be adopted.

At 10:45 a.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
