Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on January 31, 2022, the committee resumed its study of threat analysis affecting Canada and the Canadian Armed Forces’ operational readiness to meet those threats.

At 3:35 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the committee continue to sit.

J.R. Auchterlonie and Michael Wright made statements and answered questions.

At 4:04 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:13 p.m., the sitting resumed.

David Angell and Scott Bishop made statements and, with David Wright, answered questions.

At 4:53 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the committee continue to sit.

At 5:24 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
